You have a new project that needs some joinery?  Perfect – we would love to help!  All we will need from you is a description of the project, the architectural drawings of the cabinetry and your lead times all of which can be sent to us via email.  Once we have these details we will assess them and give you a call to discuss the finer details.

A quote will be produced based on the information you have provided and this will be sent to you.  Once you agree to the quote and a deposit is paid a site visit will be organised, if necessary, to take our final measurements. We will then send a Site Measure Progress Invoice before we get to work organising the machine drawings ready for manufacturing and add an installation date to our schedule.

Once your machine drawings are finished they will be sent to you for final approval.  Upon approval your project will move through our workshop, all board will be cut and edged and all cabinets will be assembled.  After the cabinets are completed they will be moved to our dispatch area.  If we are not installing your job we will contact you to arrange pick up and final invoices will be sent.  Otherwise from here it is onto the install team.

Our install team will load your cabinets onto our truck and deliver your cabinets to site.  They will then install your cabinets as specified.  Once completed we will do a final quality check to ensure the cabinets are in place.  We will contact you to let you know the job is complete and final invoices will be sent.

That’s it! The cabinetry is now ready to be enjoyed. Of course, our journey doesn't need to stop here. So many of our clients are back time & time again to relish in the Mivis Joinery experience.
